ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Our vision is to remain faithful to the tradition of Greek hospitality and based on the defined operating standards of ISO 14001, to offer our customers through professional and friendly staff, quality and safe services, which are constantly evolving. improve and protect the environment.

The Environmental Policy consists of:

1. assessing the environmental impact of our activities in order to reduce or eliminate negative impacts
2. taking action in every possible way towards the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution, 
3. ensuring a comfortable and quiet stay for guests on site
4. maintaining the excellent condition of our facilities and the operation of our equipment.
5. creative interaction with local stakeholders and participation in environmental activities.

All of us: the Management and employees of NOBLE HOTEL SUITES, because we believe in continuous improvement, are committed to the following which constitute the Environmental Policy of the company:

1. To faithfully implement and continuously improve the Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001:2015.
2. To carry out actions for energy saving, reduction of water consumption, and proper management of solid waste 
3. Maintain good air quality
4. Not to burden the environment with noise pollution
5. To comply with any legislative or other requirement to which the activities of our business fall.

To achieve all of the above:

1. We cooperate with neighboring institutions in order to preserve the natural beauty of the area
2. We inform all stakeholders in the area about the environmental actions carried out by the hotel unit in order to raise their awareness and participation.
3. We train the hotel staff every year in order to actively participate in the environmental management system.
4. We inform customers about the environmental actions of the hotel unit, in order to encourage their active participation.
5. We use only raw materials of the highest quality and evaluate our suppliers.
6. We maintain the facilities and equipment in excellent condition and prevent any problems.

The staff at all levels of the company is aware of the Company's Environmental Policy and contributes to its Implementation.

FOOD SAFETY POLICY

The senior management of the company with main business activity on Hotel Management and relevant scope: “In-house food and beverage processing and serving” is committed to:

• Serve high quality and safe products
• Ensure the elimination of the food safety hazards and to be aligned to the contracted customers’ requirements and expectations for foods and beverages
• Comply with EU Regulation

For the completion of all above requirements, the company is committed to:

• Use high quality and safe raw materials derived from certified suppliers
• Conduct trainings against food safety issues for all employees of culinary departments
• Assess the implementation and effectiveness of Food Safety Management
• Communicate the FSM Policy to all relevant parts and to ensure its implementation in all relevant food departments.
• Review the FSM Policy for its accuracy and update it whenever it is required
• Communicate with all relevant parts in order to improve the FSMS
• Communicate with customers and take into consideration the feedback from their assessment
• Implement an effective Food Safety Management System according to ISO22000:2018 requirements
• Introduce measurable objectives and monitor their implementation
• Analyze all relevant data in order to improve the FSMS and assure the customers’ satisfaction.

The Management of the Company operating in the field of hotel services

1. It is committed to the Quality of the Products and Services it provides, so that they comply with the National and Community Legislation as well as the other provisions related to the field.
2. It is committed to providing all necessary resources so that staff can work seamlessly and safely in an appropriate working environment.
3. It is committed to the continuous and uninterrupted effort to improve its products, ensuring a permanent and stable production of a suitable, safe and quality product.

To achieve the above, the Management of the Organization:

1. It trains and manages its staff so that it can respond and contribute to the company's effort.
2. It provides the appropriate equipment and working conditions that ensure the Quality and Safety of its Products.
3. It monitors its customers and ensures that their opinion on the level of products and services is retrieved.
4. Monitors the Quality of its Products and Services by applying strict Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
5. Monitors and controls its activities, having established measurable goals.
6. Analyzes the produced data in order to continuously improve the business and final customer satisfaction.
7. Take into account the requirements of all stakeholders (internal – external)
